The cellar is the meeting point between the end part of the work in the farmland and the beginning of the winemaking process. A continuous process goes from what nature produces to what technology can determine. If wine starts in the farmland, it is in the cellar that it has to be respected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/legno-2_800x500.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/acciaio-2_800x500.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>Steel and Wood<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>An alternation of steel and wood, in balance between freshness and the goals of maturation and aging of the wines. The technological aspect involves communicating vessels and temperature controls with modern winemaking technologies on one hand, and on the other, slow resting in wooden barrels according to tradition, in the underground cellars.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n    <a href=\"\/en\/terre-di-ger-wines\">Terre di Ger&#8217;s Wines<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<h1>Visit the Winery<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Terre di Ger<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>A place that combines tradition with new wines to discover, from the classics to hybrids and their characteristics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Wine Tasting<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>A room dedicated to technical and educational tasting events, as well as joyful toasts with friends.
